Do I Need a Referral?

A referral is not required to see a podiatrist. But if your doctor has prepared a care plan including podiatry, you are eligible for a rebate of $53.80 from Medicare which we can pay directly to a cheque or savings account with a debit card if you also bring your EPC form and Medicare card.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring any scans or x-rays you have that are relavent to your condition. Please also bring the most commonly worn pairs of shoes (several pairs if needed).

Do you see DVA (Department of Veterans' affairs) clients

Yes. Our podiatrists are DVA providers and DVA footwear prescribers. So we can help DVA clients with all aspects of podiatry including orthotics.

do i need a podiatrist or a doctor or physiotherapist?

if your problem is foot or ankle related, then podiatrists are the best health providers for your condition. If your problem is gait or leg related, then Podiatrists can help you, sometimes in conjunction with your doctor or Physio. Our friendly staff will be able to help you with any questions related to this.

how long is my appointment?

Most appointments take 30 minutes.

What should I wear?

It is best to wear active wear if you are coming to see us for a problem related to walking or any sporting activity.
